Yes, as soon as an order is made and proceeds to check out, an automatic invoice is generated with an invoice number to track your order.
Your order may be delivered by Buy Solar UPS agents/representatives or by other courier companies. You would be called prior to or on the same day to notify you on who is delivering and to also find out if you are available to receive your order.

Yes, we deliver outside Lagos. However, shipping and delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location. For now, we don’t ship outside Nigeria. Nevertheless, BUYSOLAR-UPS is working very hard to integrate shipments outside Nigeria.
if you recently received an order and something is wrong, please email email@example.com or call 08087337565 and provide details as soon as possible. Depending on the exact issue, Buy Solar UPS will offer support and try to work with the client to offer a resolution quickly, such as repair, replacement, refund upon return or other forms of compensation as applicable. However, please note that returns or replacement may not be available in the following cases:
- Damages due to misuse of product
- Products with tampered or missing serial, Gmaci or UPS numbers.
- Amy damage/defect which are not covered under warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories including the box(carton), tools, screws, knots etc
- Items with no return Policy.
